Refund Policy

We want you to love your ShotPoles. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help — while also keeping things fair and sustainable for a small, family-run business.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping fees are non-refundable), provided all of the following conditions are met:

  • Items must be brand new and unused
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • All original components and accessories must be included

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.

What “Unused” Means

For clarity, “unused” means the product shows no signs of use, including but not limited to:

  • Scratches, dents, scuffs, or wear marks
  • Dirt, snow residue, moisture, or compression marks
  • Signs of assembly, adjustment, or use on snow or terrain

Products that have been used, even briefly, are not eligible for return.

Missing or Incomplete Returns

All ShotPoles must be returned with all original components, which may include (depending on the product):

  • Ski baskets (standard and/or powder)
  • Rubber tips
  • Camera mounts or adapters
  • Any included accessories

Returns that are missing components or accessories will not be accepted and will not be refunded.

Inspection Process

All returns are inspected upon arrival. We document the condition of returned items using photos and condition notes.

If a return is found to be:

  • Used
  • Damaged
  • Missing components

We will notify you within 5 business days, and the refund will be denied or adjusted accordingly.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We do not provide prepaid return labels
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Discounted items
  • Products showing signs of use or wear
  • Products returned with missing components

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.

Damage caused by use after delivery is not considered a defect and is not eligible for a refund. For those cases, please reach out about our Crash Replacement Program.

Refund Timing

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
